Dual Strander

- The dual
strander production line S6-26/2 is a high-speed strander for
simultaneous production of two high-quality strands for braiding purposes.
- The strands may
be wound directly onto one single bobbin or - by acquiring
an additional winder - onto two individual bobbins.
- The machine is equipped with separate Geared motors
with inverter drives
for twist drive and capstan drive. This makes electronic settings of speed
and twist count possible.
- The design ensure easy change of
bobbins and in order to reduce maintenance costs and power consumption, high
performance timing belts
for all transmission are used.
